Refund policy
First-Time Orders
If you’re not satisfied with your first order, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date by providing proof of purchase & a picture of your product. Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days after your refund request. After you ship your product back to us unopened. You will receive a refund. We do not accept returns on products with a broken seal. All sales are final on bundles. We do not offer refunds on bundles. This applies whether you’re a new customer or a current subscriber trying a new product for the first time.
Please note:
- Refunds are only available for your first order of a product within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds requested outside of the 14-day window are not guaranteed and are at our sole discretion.
- Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days after your return request.
- If your package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address, shipping will not be refunded.
- Orders will not be reimburse if you provide the wrong shipping address.
- If you ship your product back to us damaged or outside the refund window, your product will be shipped back to you.
- We do not offer refunds on bundles.
Recurring Orders
Subscriptions renew automatically, but we do not issue refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped (unless it's your first order.)
